Acroyoga Fundamentals- 4 week series


Thursdays, March 21-April 11, 7:30-8:45pm

Learn to fly using a friend as your apparatus! This class will focus on acroyoga fundamentals, including techniques for how to properly base, fly and spot introductory poses. The class will also include basic handstand training. No prior experience or a partner is necessary. Please wear clothing that allows for freedom of movement and will stay in place when upside down.
