Advanced Trapeze Lab is designed to help students maintain advanced trapeze skills. Together we will condition drills, beats and circles, hangs, and in-the-ropes.

* Prerequisites: meathook, back balance, ankle hang, front balance, and inversion in the ropes. With Nancy Carter

Please enter from the north side door. Bring a yoga mat for warm-up/cool-down.
