Cancellation Policy

Session Classes

Missed classes may be made up by attending an Open Gym or Single Class.  Cancelled Session classes are non-refundable, but credit can be carried forward to a future class session.

Single Classes, Workshops or Private Lessons

Fully refundable if canceled more than 24 hrs in advance of class; no refund if cancellation is less than 24 hours, except as follows:

For Single Class, at discretion of staff (dependent on level of enrollment for that class).

For Private Lessons, if cancellation is made with the instructor less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours in advance, $30 can be applied to a future Private Lesson.
