Hammock Basics- Stretch and Condition
This fun and invigorating class will strengthen and tone your muscles as well as give you a wonderful assisted stretch. This unique apparatus is perfect for students wanting to cross train and build their endurance. The aerial sling is a great combination of the trapeze and silks so two times the fun!
