This unique apparatus is perfect for students wanting to cross-train and build their endurance. Aerial Hammock incorporates a combination of trapeze and fabric skills. Students must have completed an “Intro to Aerial” session and Level 2 or 3 classes, or equivalent aerial training. Instructor: Erica Richards

Please enter from the north side door. Bring a water bottle & yoga mat for warm-up/cool-down.
