Hammock Basics- Stretch and Condition
Learn how to use the aerial hammock to strengthen and stretch your body with gravity! An introduction to aerial arts using the hammock at various heights allows all students to work on skills at their own pace. This fun and invigorating class will strengthen and tone your muscles and give you a wonderful assisted stretch. Students do not need prior aerial classes to attend however will need feel comfortable upside down and all around. Some conditioning will also take place on the static trapeze.
